Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP when I arrive?
VIP tickets will sell out quickly, and may not be available at the door. Upgrade requests will only be honored at the door of the event if VIP tickets are still available. If you would like to upgrade to VIP in advance, please contact us at Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com
Do you offer group discounts?
We offer a 15% group discount for groups needing 30+ tickets in a single purchase. Please contact Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com for details.
Can I host a private event?
Kaleidoscope Experience is not currently offering any private group spaces. To inquire for a full session private buyout, please contact Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Kaleidoscope Experience will sell out quickly, and advance ticket purchases are discounted and are recommended to guarantee your space. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door, at the beginning of each session, and are subject to all applicable processing and service fees listed online.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable and ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to three times before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I give my ticket to a friend or family member?
Tickets are non-transferrable and we do require photo ID of the ticket purchaser at the doors to the event. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my tickets?
In order to expedite entry, we do ask that you print your tickets. Mobile tickets will be accepted, but may experience a delayed entry into the event.
How old do you need to be to attend?
All guests in attendance must be at least 21+ years of age on the date of the event with a valid, non-expired photo ID. Guests must be 21+ years of age with a valid, non-expired ID to consume alcohol. No exceptions or refunds.

What is the age limit?

Can I smoke at the event?
There is a designated smoking area that is a part of the venue. Look for signage pointing you to the right area.
What can I bring?
Guests may only bring bags up to 12x6x12 inches. All glass items are prohibited. No weapons. No outside food or drinks.
What food will be available?
The event will offer a variety of food as well as snack bars with a variety of your favorite pre-packaged snacks. Drinks will be available from the cash-bars. Specific food options will vary and will not be announced in advance.
How long should I plan on staying?
That is up to you! We recommend planning on staying at least 3 hours--but the full Kaleidoscope Experience may take the entire session! It's yours to explore!
Can I do the activities more than once?
Absolutely! We encourage it!

Is photography allowed?
We do allow photography at the event for personal use only. For any other use, please contact us in advance at Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
Tickets purchased in advance online accept all major credit and debit cards. Tickets purchased at the door are cash only. Purchases inside the event may vary based on the specific booths and vendors.
Is Kaleidoscope Experience indoors or outdoors?
The event is located at The Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. The majority of the event is located indoors. Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area. Look for signage.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my session?
Ticket holders may arrive at any point during their scheduled session, and do not need to be present at the opening time of their session.
Does everyone have access to the cash bars?
Yes, multiple cash bars will be available for all ticket holders. There is a private, VIP access cash bar available ONLY to those who purchase the VIP Tea Party Package.
Can I bring my dog or pet?
Kaleidoscope does not allow any animals at the event. Please contact us at Info@KaleidoscopeExperience.com for ADA questions or concerns.
Will there be bag checks?
For your safety, we will conduct bag checks looking for weapons, alcoholic beverages, as well as outside food and beverages.
Is there an ATM On Site?
Yes, there are ATM's on site.
